Welcome to playspin. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and playspin ("playspin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at playspin.app (the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the playspin Platform — including but not limited to the casino, slots, bingo, live dealer games, and any other gaming products — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the playspin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not register an account. Your continued use of playspin constitutes your ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms.

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the playspin Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming regulations.
• "Platform" means the playspin website at playspin.app, including all games, features, services, and tools accessible thereon.
• "Real Money" means Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds deposited by a Player via an approved payment method and held in their Account for wagering.
• "Wager" means a bet or stake placed by a Player on any game available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any country or jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account at playspin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as mandated by relevant Philippine gaming regulations.
2. You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
3. You are legally permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming.
4. You do not reside in or access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of playspin, nor a close family member of any such person.
6. You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the playspin Platform or from any gambling platform under a self-exclusion scheme that is still in effect.
7. You are of sound mind and are not using borrowed money, funds from a credit facility, or funds derived from illegal activity to wager on the Platform.

To participate in real-money gaming at playspin, you are required to create a Player Account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• One account per person: Each Player may hold only one Account. The operation of more than one Account, whether simultaneously or sequentially, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. playspin is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Account updates: You must promptly update your Account information if any registered details change, including your contact mobile number or email address.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify playspin customer support immediately.

playspin reserves the right to decline a registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

playspin is required to verify the identity and age of all Players as part of its obligations under applicable Philippine AML and responsible gaming standards. The following KYC requirements apply:

• All Players must complete KYC verification before making withdrawals from their Account.
• Accepted forms of Philippine government-issued identification include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PhilSys) National ID, UMID card, valid Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the LTO, SSS/GSIS ID, and PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID.
• playspin may also request a selfie with your ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and/or source-of-funds documentation for high-value accounts.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by playspin may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or access to the Platform.
• All documents submitted are processed in accordance with the playspin Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation.

Deposits to your playspin Account are subject to the following conditions:

• All deposits must be made via payment methods approved by playspin, which currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard. The list of approved methods may change at playspin's discretion.
• The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in an applicable promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the same name as the playspin Account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• playspin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which playspin accepts no responsibility.
• GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer processing times may vary.
• playspin reserves the right to reverse or withhold any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe is related to fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

Withdrawal of funds from your playspin Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your playspin Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on verification status and payment method.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held pending document submission and review.
• Withdrawals of Real Money funds are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified GCash accounts and within 1–3 hours for bank transfer channels. Processing times are indicative and may vary during periods of high volume.
• playspin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding ₱500,000 or on accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns. Such reviews may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must first meet applicable wagering requirements before the resulting Real Money value becomes withdrawable.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined if playspin has reasonable cause to believe the funds were obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.

playspin may from time to time offer bonuses, free spin credits, cashback incentives, reload promotions, VIP rewards, and other promotional offers (collectively, "Promotions"). The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All Promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds conditions as detailed in the individual promotion terms.
• Each Promotion is available to eligible Players only — specific eligibility criteria will be outlined in the promotion's terms. playspin reserves the right to exclude any Player from a Promotion at its discretion.
• A Player may only claim a Welcome Offer once. Attempts to circumvent this rule through multiple accounts or alternative payment methods will result in cancellation of the bonus and suspension of the involved accounts.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are fully met.
• Collusion between Players to exploit promotional offers, or any structured betting activity designed to complete wagering requirements while minimising risk ("bonus abuse"), is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• playspin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time. Where reasonably practicable, reasonable notice will be provided to affected Players.

The following rules govern gameplay across all products on the playspin Platform:

• Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between those game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in relation to account management, payments, and conduct.
• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on playspin use certified RNG systems verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical results of real cards, dice, roulette wheels, or other physical game elements conducted by live dealers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or system error during a game round, playspin's records shall be the definitive source of truth for the outcome of that round. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at playspin's discretion.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient balance before placing a wager. playspin does not extend credit of any kind.
• playspin publishes indicative Return to Player (RTP) rates for games where applicable. Actual returns may vary depending on the specific game session, bet selection, and variance inherent to each game type.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the playspin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to access or use another Player's Account without their authorisation.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer games.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to structured wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds in a manner that facilitates money laundering, tax evasion, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, including stolen credit or debit cards or GCash accounts not registered in your name.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward playspin staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction after using the deposited funds for wagering.

playspin is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices for all Players. The Platform provides the following tools, which are accessible to all verified Account holders through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, further wagers are automatically declined until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, wager, or access gaming features.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. A self-exclusion request is processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period. Minimum self-exclusion is 6 months.

All content on the playspin Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, sound effects, videos, and the playspin brand identity — is the intellectual property of playspin or its licensed game and content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted by these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any playspin trademark, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of playspin intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws, exposing the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, playspin's liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited as follows:

• playspin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• playspin does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server issues, or circumstances outside playspin's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
• playspin is not liable for any internet connectivity failures, hardware failures, or other technical issues on your device or network that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.
• In all cases, playspin's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits playspin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

playspin reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close a Player Account in the following circumstances, without prior notice where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the Platform or the security of player funds:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a confirmed chargeback or payment reversal on a previous deposit.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Legal or regulatory obligation requiring closure.
• Account inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to applicable notice procedures.

Where a suspension or closure is related to a breach investigation, playspin may withhold any Account balance pending the outcome of the investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the withheld balance will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method.

playspin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, playspin will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and/or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the playspin Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. playspin recommends reviewing the Terms each time you access the Platform if you are uncertain whether changes have been made.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the playspin Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting playspin customer support. playspin will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines with appropriate jurisdiction over the subject matter and parties. Where applicable regulatory bodies — including but not limited to PAGCOR — have established dispute resolution procedures relevant to the subject matter, those procedures shall apply.
